Communicate Better is recruiting for enthusiastic candidates for the role of a Customer Service and Support Executive.

The role will place you in a crucial part of the company, empowering you to make a real difference in our support team.

Location & Travel

Monday – Friday (37.5 Hours per week)
9.00AM – 5.30PM
45-minute lunch break
22 days holidays plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Log, assess and complete customer enquiries across our 4 product sets (IT, Mobile, Telephony and Telematics)
  • Build a friendly, professional, long-lasting relationship with our customers


  • Knowledge of technology would be beneficial but not essential
  • Understanding of troubleshooting process would be ideal
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with talking over the phone
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Able to use own initiative
