Monday – Friday (37.5 Hours per week)
9.00AM – 5.30PM
1 hour lunch break
20 days holidays plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support including answering queries onsite and via phone/email
  • Maintaining a high degree of customer service for all support queries
  • To log all calls on the internal CRM system
  • Support users in the use of computer equipment by providing training and advice
  • To allocate/escalate more complex issues to senior members of the team


  • Understanding of troubleshooting would be beneficial but not essential
  • Knowledge of Microsoft based technology would be beneficial   
  • Good communication skills both written and verbally
  • Comfortable with talking over the phone
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Able to use own initiative
