You can monitor calls and perform certain reporting functions, e.g most used numbers, most expensive calls, longest calls etc. A full itemisation is also sent electronically to you every month so you may examine your staff call usage.
Call Guardian and Call Protection
Prevent abuse of your business telephones, by setting up alerts that are automatically emailed in the event that a call is made outside of pre-determined call criteria. E.g. if a call costs more than £5.00 say, or lasts longer than 60 minutes. This facility is again included in the service at no extra charge.
